Beyond his professional endeavors, Neal is a devoted family man. He has been happily married for over 20 years and cherishes his role as a father to his married daughter and as a grandfather to two incredible grandsons who bring endless joy into his life.

In recent years, Neal has embraced his late father’s passion for woodworking, carrying forward a cherished family legacy. His father, affectionately known as “The Turkey Man,” was widely recognized for his exceptional craftsmanship in creating wild game calls, specializing in turkey calls but also expanding to deer, goose, duck, owl, injured animal, and coyote calls. Inspired by this heritage, Neal has honed his skills in woodworking, creating charming craft items and stunning furniture pieces. For Neal, woodworking is not only a creative outlet but also a heartfelt way to honor his father’s memory and bring artistry to life.
